Old Nab

£110.00

At the southern end of Staithes bay, Old Nab is a dark rocky headland jutting out into the North Sea. Generations of Staithes fishermen used the Nab as a mark to steer by; today it defines the natural harbour that gives Staithes its distinctive shape. This print was made from sketches and photographs taken during a through walk of the Yorkshire coastal path. A stonechat accompanies two walkers heading south along the path.

A three-colour hand-carved reduction linocut from the ongoing Yorkshire coastal path series.

Linocut: Unmounted, unframed.

Print Size: 31cm x 18cm. Each print is signed, numbered and stamped.

This is a limited edition of 60.

£110 unframed

Delivery: posted within 7 days of order, tracked and well-packaged.

Each print in this edition is hand-pulled by the artist. Slight variations in ink coverage and registration are inherent to the hand-pulled process and are characteristic of original relief printmaking.
