Your first linocut, from sketch to finished print. A relaxed evening for complete beginners in my York studio.
An evening of carving, inking and printing in my York studio. We’ll start with a simple design, from your own drawing, and transfer it to lino. You’ll learn how to hold and use the cutting tools safely, how to think in reverse, and how to ink and print by hand. By the end of the evening you’ll have your own carved block and a small run of finished prints.
No experience needed.

3–5 finished prints on quality printmaking paper
